Question 1

What is Legacy Readiness OS?

Accepted Answer

The product ENDevo sells, in two editions: for individuals, and for enterprise. Both run the same guided plan across Legal, Financial, Physical, and Digital. The finished plan you keep is called My Final Playbook.

Question 2

How much does Legacy Readiness OS cost?

Accepted Answer

$500 for a year of access for an individual, with no subscription. Enterprise pricing is quoted per organization. You can take the assessment and see your plan before you pay anything.

Question 3

How is this different from making a will with a lawyer?

Accepted Answer

ENDevo drafts nothing. It tells you which documents you need, in what order, and what to gather beforehand — so the attorney conversation is shorter and costs less. It also covers the digital and practical parts a will never touches.

Question 4

How long does it take, and what do I actually end up with?

Accepted Answer

Most people work through it in a few sittings rather than one. You end up with My Final Playbook — a finished plan across all four pillars that your family can actually follow.

Question 5

Who can see what I write?

Accepted Answer

Only you. If your employer brought you here, they see that you are taking part and nothing else — never your answers, never your documents.

Question 6

What is end-of-life planning as an employee benefit?

Accepted Answer

A structured, project-managed wellness program that guides employees through building a complete end-of-life plan across Legal, Financial, Physical, and Digital before any crisis occurs. The deliverable is My Final Playbook.

Question 7

How does poor end-of-life planning affect businesses and HR teams?

Accepted Answer

Unprepared employees create unplanned absences and HR chaos when life events hit. ENDevo eliminates that risk by getting employees planned in advance. Conservative modeling shows 5 to 7x ROI.

Question 8

Why do most employees never finish their end-of-life planning?

Accepted Answer

75% will not. The process is complex, emotional, and easy to defer indefinitely. ENDevo provides the structure, expert accountability, and milestone framework that converts intention into a finished plan.

Question 9

What does a workplace end-of-life planning program actually include?

Accepted Answer

Employees receive My Final Playbook, a completed plan across all four pillars. HR receives a post-program outcomes report with completion rates, confidence improvement data, and ROI documentation.

Question 10

Does my employer offer end-of-life planning as a benefit?

Accepted Answer

92% of participants called it a competitive advantage. Employees compared it to medical and disability coverage. It closes the whole lifecycle gap: birth and life are supported by benefits today. End-of-life planning is not.

Question 11

What is the difference between an EAP and end-of-life planning support?

Accepted Answer

Those benefits are reactive. ENDevo is proactive. It also activates the benefits you are already paying for but employees never use. It does not replace your stack. It makes your stack work.

Question 12

Which employees need end-of-life planning support the most?

Accepted Answer

Highest immediate impact: caregivers, employees on medical leave, and employees in major life transitions. Meaningful impact across all ages and roles. The planning gap does not discriminate by age or seniority.

Question 13

How hard is it for HR to implement an end-of-life planning benefit?

Accepted Answer

Minimal. Your team identifies the cohort and communicates the benefit. ENDevo runs everything else over a 3-month timeline using your existing tools: Teams, Slack, WebEx, or email.

Question 14

Do life insurance and legal benefits cover what employees actually need?

Accepted Answer

Your benefits stack is only as strong as your employees' ability to use it. ENDevo ensures they are prepared to do exactly that before a crisis forces the issue.

Question 15

How do I propose end-of-life planning benefits to my employer?

Accepted Answer

Book a strategy call today. The planning gap in your workforce exists right now. Your organization can be fully up and running, with employees actively building their plans, within 30 days.
